Maintain the SR-related configurations in Admin.

  • Setup SR Teams
    Create SR teams to help groups of people work together to solve SRs. Before you create SR teams, define team roles.
    • Working Hours Setup
      The Working Hours setup defines the working hours (start and end times) of the organization.
    • Non-working Days Setup
      This screen will list all the non-working days of the current year.
    • SR LOVs Setup
      Create and maintain SR LOVs.
    • SR SLA Setup
      Create and maintain SR SLA records.
