SR History Tab
- SR history is one of the tabs, where all the SR-related updates will get stored in this tab in a FiO Grid.
- SR History Fio Grid summary consists following grid fields,
- Whenever SR get updated/modified the history will get updated in SR history tab.
- For closed SR’s if the SR reopened, the history will continue in the same way.
