1. SendGrid Template Configuration:
To Create dynamic templates in SendGrid follow the below steps
- Log in to your SendGrid account.
- Navigate to the “Email API” tab.
- Select “Dynamic Templates ”
- Under the Dynamic Templates click on the Dynamic Template button
- Save the information and create templates.

2. Preview & Test in SendGrid:
On the left sidebar, add the Subject and the Version Name, both mandatory fields. (The subject line is provided by the marketing team or the client.
Test your template for a test preview. Use the “sender Email” for the FROM Email ID and your test email ID for email preview.
For client email testing, Send Grid’s Email Testing offers in-app spam testing, email rendering previews, and link validation. Send with confidence without leaving your workflow. Try to use less iteration because low-level credits are limited.
Select the testing purpose: Choose the spam test as mandatory and check the inbox rendering testing. Click the “Run Test” button on the top right, then confirm the run test on the popup window. Mandatory clients are listed below.

The results will be shown for inbox results from client emails, Spam, and Links resolved. If any errors occur, resolve them and resend the test. Once everything is done, share the test preview with clients or the sales team.
