How to create ticket categories
Ticket Categories are:
- Problem code
- Sub problem code
To create Problem Code:
- Select Configuration → Problem Code
- Select “Problem Code” tab.
- Enter the data in Problem Code field and select “Create”.
- Once created it will be displayed in List Problem Code section.
To create Problem Code:
- Select Configuration → Problem Code
- Select “Sub Problem” tab.
- Select the Problem Code from the dropdown.
- Enter the data in Sub Problem field and select “Create”.
- Once created it will be displayed in List Sub Problem Code section.
