How to create ticket categories

Ticket Categories are:

  • Problem code
  • Sub problem code

To create Problem Code:

  • Select Configuration → Problem Code
  • Select “Problem Code” tab.
  • Enter the data in Problem Code field and select “Create”.
  • Once created it will be displayed in List Problem Code section.

To create Problem Code:

  • Select Configuration → Problem Code
  • Select “Sub Problem” tab.
  • Select the Problem Code from the dropdown.
  • Enter the data in Sub Problem field and select “Create”.
  • Once created it will be displayed in List Sub Problem Code section.
