How to create classification sub group

Classification Subgroup:

Classification subgroup is a collection of sub codes for classification group

Ex: If you want to segment some list of customers based on the ‘Customer GENDER’ categories who have enrolled in the period/Year like 2016, 2017, You can Classify‘GENDER’ is a classification group, and under the group customers who has enrolled in the year 2016 is the classification subgroup.

Creation of Classification Subgroup:

To create classification subgroup, follow below steps for creation

Navigate to Segmentation module -> Select Classification codes-> Hit on Create subgroup link

Enter below information’s and hit on create button.

  1. Classification subgroup ID – Provide unique ID without any spaces.
  2. Subgroup Type ID– Select from the drop-down or hit on Create New button to create anew

Subgroup type ID- Provide unique ID without any space.

Description – Enter the description and hit on create button

Once subgroup type id created it will display in dropdown for the selection

Select Subgroup ID from the drop-down and enter adescription and hit on create button.

Once subgroup created you can view the created subgroup in Create screen (Subgroup list) and Find subgroup screen.
