How to convert a Non-Loyalty Customer to Loyalty Customer

In View Customer page, In Personal Information screen “Loyalty Enabled” field will be in disabled state.

To convert a Non- Loyalty customer to a Loyalty customer, Enable the “Loyalty Enabled” checkbox.

A Loyalty Id will be generated for that customer.
