How to configure the Expiry of Loyalty Points

To configure the expiry date of Loyalty Points, Goto “Global Setup” in “Loyalty” tab dropdown.

In Global Parameters Settings page, Enter the number of days in “Loyalty Reward Expiry” field and click on “Update” button.

For example: if the loyalty reward expiry is set for 90 days, the loyalty point for the customer will be valid for 90 days from the issue date.
