How to capture image and attachment in the ticket

1. In View Ticket page, Select “Upload File” in Bookmarks and File section for upload image or attachment in the ticket.

2. In upload file, choose the file and select “Upload” to upload an image or attachment in the ticket.

3. The attached files can be viewed in “Bookmarks and Files” section in View Ticket page.
