Resolve SRs

Closing an SR means that a customer’s issue has been resolved.

After you solve a customer’s issue, you can close the SR in multiple ways.

To close an SR:

  • View the SR. Click on the SR Status drop-down and change the status to Closed.

OR

  • View the SR. Click on the Resolve button.

OR

  • View the SR. Click on the Update button and from the Update SR page, change the SR Status to Closed.

In all the above cases, the Resolution field should be mandatorily filled-in first.
