This screen will list all the non-working days of the current year.
This feature helps to avoid SLA breaches on non-working days such that:
- Service Requests are not escalated on public holidays.
- Non-working days like holiday or weekend should not be counted for commit date calculations in the SR SLA process.
The weekend data will be defined in CRM on a yearly basis.
To add a new Non-working Day:
- Go to SR -> Configuration -> Non-working Days.
- Click on Create.
- The user can fill up the configured fields (the minimum of which are listed below) and click ‘Save’.

-Status - A new record is created for the specified date and will be considered a non-working day.
To update an existing Non-working Day:
- Go to SR -> Configuration -> Non-working Days.
- Click on the hyperlinked field on an existing record to open the corresponding detail page.
- Click on Update. The page will be opened in the Update mode.
- Make the required changes and click on ‘Save’.
