Manage Opportunities

Create, update, and progress your Opportunities through the Sales process.

  • Add Activities, Notes, Bookmarks or Files
    You can create Activities in CRM to record sales activities. Use Notes to jot down points of discussion during customer meetings. Add Bookmarks or attach Files such as contracts or datasheets.

  • Opportunity History
    Any time a user changes the Opportunity Stage, Estimated Revenue, or Estimated Close Date on an opportunity, a new entry is added to the Opportunity History section.
