Manage Accounts
Gather all data about your accounts as well as store all important interactions and service requests in one place. This way, you can bring your dialogue with customers to a new level and significantly ease your sales process.
- Displaying and Editing Accounts
Once you have located an Account on the Accounts home page, click the account name to display detailed information. To update the Account, click Update, and then change the fields you want to update.
- Contact Info
Manage your account’s contact information and keep it up to date.
- Related Parties
Manage the contacts tagged to your account in this tab.
- Orders
View the orders placed by the Account.
- Service Requests
Manage the Service Requests created against the account.
- Opportunities
Manage the Opportunities created against the account.
- Activities
Manage the Activities created against the account.
- Campaigns
View the Campaigns that were targeted at the selected account.
- Notes
Manage the Notes created against the Account.
- Bookmarks and Files
Manage the Bookmarks and Files created against the account.
