User Creation

In User Management module, Different types of Users can be created based on the module they need to access.

The different types of users that can be created using User Management module are:

  • CRM Admin: When the User is created as ‘CRM Admin’, he has full access permission for all the modules.
  • Purchasing User: When the User is created as ‘Purchasing User’, he has permission to access only the ‘Purchasing’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • Sales User: When the User is created as ‘Sales User’, he has permission to access only the ‘Sales’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • CMS User: When the User is created as ‘CMS User’, he has permission to access only the ‘CMS’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • CRM User: When the User is created as ‘CRM User’, he has permission to access only the ‘CRM’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • Financial User: When the User is created as ‘Financial User’, he has permission to access only the ‘Financial’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • Ordermgmt User: When the User is created as ‘Ordermgmt User’, he has permission to access only the ‘Order Management’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • Warehouse User: When the User is created as ‘Warehouse User’, he has permission to access only the ‘Warehouse’ module. He cannot access any other modules.
  • We can also create the user to access multiple modules.

Create User:

To create a user to access multiple modules:

  • Create a User.
  • Assign the Packages for user to access those modules.
  • Add Roles for the user.
  • Add Security Group for the user.

To create a User, Select “Create User” from “Users” tab.

In Create User page, Enter the following details and click on “Create User” button.

  • First Name: Enter the First Name of the User.
  • Last Name: Enter the Last Name of the User.
  • Address: Enter the Postal Address details of the User.
  • Email Address: Enter the Email Address of the User.
  • User Login Details: Enter the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ for the User.

User will be created and it will navigate to ‘View User’ page.

Update User:

To update the User, select “Edit” icon.

In Update details page, edit the details and click on “Save” button.

The edited details will be updated.

Add/Update/Delete Contact Information:

To add contact information of the user:

Select the corresponding icon to create a contact information.

Enter the contact Information details and select “Save” button.

Once created it can be viewed in Contact Information section.

To update contact information:

Select “Update” button on the corresponding contact information details.

Edit the changes and click on “Save” button.

Once updated, it can be viewed in Contact Information section.

To expire contact information:

Select “Expire” button on the corresponding contact information details.

The contact information details of the customer will be expired.

Password Change for User:

In view profile screen, we will have options to change password. To change password, click on change password link, system will display pop up window to change password.
