How to Create a New Sales Order
1. Once you have logged in, and is inside the SALES MODULE, click on the ORDERS button found at the top navigation pane.
*If you’re not logged in yet, learn where to login, and how to access various modules.
2. You will be redirected to the MY ORDERS Look at the left side bar, and click the “CREATE ORDER” button.
3. You will be redirected to this page. At the left side, the ORDER SETTINGS is located.
4. To create an order, you must choose your product first. If you know what product you’re looking for, just type in the keyword, and it will generate all products that match to your keyword.
*If you don’t know the product code, or product name, just click the lookup button beside the Product ID Field.
5. Provide whatever details you have, or just click the lookup button right away. It will generate a list of all products.
*Learn how to add NEW products to your inventory.
6. Provide other important details to your order, then click the “ADD TO ORDER” button.
7. Notice that your order’s items (details) can now be found below the CREATE ORDER To add more products, just fill up all the details at the CREATE ORDER section, and click ADD TO ORDER once more.
8. At the left side bar, notice the ORDER SETTINGS section. Provide all necessary details, and click the UPDATE button.
9. A message will be displayed as a notification for your successful entry/update.
10. Once done, click the FINALIZE ORDER button.
11. You will be redirected to this page. Select the SHIPPING ADDRESS & METHOD. If you need to create a new address, just click the NEW ADDRESS Select the PAYMENT METHOD to be used for this transaction, and click REVIEW ORDER.
12. You will now see the REVIEW ORDER Check if all details are accurate. Should you need to change a detail, click RETURN TO ORDER. If all details are correct, click the CREATE ORDER button.
13. Your order has been generated. You may proceed to PICK AND PACK.
Scroll down a bit, and you will see the details for your ORDER ITEMS.
