How to configure Tax Codes (ATC)?
ATC
Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATC) are provided by the Bureau of Internal Revenue for tax filing purposes.
Configure ATC
1. Click the “FINANCIALS MODULE” icon.
2. Click the “CONFIGURE” button located at the top navigation bar.
3. Click on the “ATC Configuration” button found at the left side bar. (Screenshot 01)
4. You will be redirected to this page. There are pre-determined ATC codes. You can edit the corresponding percentage for each code, the description or nature of that code, and the dates of validity. Once done, click the “UPDATE” button found at the far right side of each item.
5. Just below the list of ATCs, you will see the “ADD NEW ATC CODE” Provide the necessary details and click the “ADD” button.
