Create User

User Management

In user Management module, we can create users for the different modules. Once the user has been created with login credentials, the particular user can have permission to access the particular component.

We can create Users for the following modules:

  • Full access User (Access all Module)
  • CRM User (Access only CRM module)

Initially, log on to Group FiO ERP system with valid login credentials.  The home screen will be displayed. Select click on User Management icon. The page will redirect to User management module home screen as given below:

Full access User:

Full access User will have permission to access all the components. Full access User can access the following components:

  • CRM
  • Sales
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory
  • Financials
  • CMS

CRM admin User creation:

1. To create CRM admin access, click on CRM Admin tab in left navigation menu in user management home Screen, the page will redirect to CRM ADMIN user creation screen as given below:

2. In creation form, User needs to provide “First and last name”, Address details and Email address. User need to enter valid User name and password, then click on create CRM user button. System will create CRM Admin with party id:

3. Once we click on create CRM User button, the page will redirect to View Profile page as appears below:

In view profile screen, we will have options to change password. To change password click on change password link, system will display popup window to change password:

In View Profile Screen we have options to Create, Update and delete contact information for the CRM admin:

Create contact information:

To create contact information for the user, click on corresponding image icon in view profile page, then the system will display the popup window to create contact information:

Update contact information:

To update contact information for CRM Admin user, click on update button in corresponding contact information field then the system will display popup window to Update contact information. Once the info has been updated, click on save button to update contact info:

Delete contact information:

To delete contact information for the CRM user, click on expire button in corresponding contact information fields:

We have options to find the user; to find user, click on find user tab in top left navigation menu bar. The page will redirect to find user screen then select the user type from dropdown list box and click on find button, then the system will display the users in User list:

Once the CRM Admin user is created, the user can have permission to access all components. To access all modules initially user need to have Group FiO ERP system with login credentials:

Once the CRM admin user can log into system, the user can access all the following modules

CRM User:

To create CRM user, click on CRM user tab in left navigation menu bar in user management home Screen the page will redirects to CRM user creation screen as given below:

To create contact information for the user, click on corresponding image icon in view profile page then the system will display pop up window to create contact information:

Update contact information:

To update contact information for CRM user, click on update button in corresponding contact information field then the system will display pop up window to Update contact information. Once the info has been updated, then click on save button to update contact info:

Delete contact information:

To delete contact information for the CRM user, click on expire button in corresponding contact information fields:

Once the CRM user is created, the user can have permission to access all the CRM components. To access CRM component initially user need to Group FiO ERP system with login credentials:
