Assign Packages to the User
Packages are assigned to the users such that user can access only the modules that are given in those packages.
To assign packages to the user:
Select “Packages” tab.
The page will navigate to Create Package page, select “List Packages”.
The page will navigate to List Packages page, the list of packages will be displayed.
Select “Assign Users” button on the corresponding package to assign the packages to the user.
‘Find User’ window will be displayed.
Select the users, or to find the particular user, enter the search criteria and click on “Find” button.
The list will be displayed based on the search criteria.
Select the User and click on “Add” button.
The user will be assign for that package selected. Once the user is added for the package, “User added successfully” message will be displayed.
The User count for that package will also be displayed.
To View the package added for the user, Goto View User page.
Select “Packages” tab, the list of packages added for the user will be displayed.
Note: Multiple packages can also be added for the user.
