Are you unable to return an order?
If you are unable to return the order, you need to check the below conditions:
1. An order should be in completed status:
Once the order is created, the order can be returned only if that order is completed.
You can view the order status in View Order page.
2. Order created for non-returnable products:
When the order is created with non-returnable products and that order is completed. You cannot return the order.
In View Order page, you cannot view “Create Return” button in order items section (if the order is created only for non – returnable products).
3. Order created for returnable products:
When the order is created for returnable products and that order is completed. You can return that order.
In View Order page, you can view “Create Return” button in order items section.
Note:
- When the order is created with the combination of returnable and non-returnable products and that order is completed. You can return the only for the returnable products ordered.
