Where to Find my Quotes
1. Once you have logged in, and is inside the SALES MODULE, click on the QUOTES button found at the top navigation pane.
*If you’re not logged in yet, learn where to login, and how to access various modules.
2. You will be redirected to the MY QUOTES Click FIND QUOTES button found at the left side bar.
3. You will redirected to this page. Provide whatever details you have about the quotes you’re looking for, otherwise just click the FIND QUOTES button right away.
4. A list should be generated based on the information you provided. If you did not provide any detail, groupfio will display a list of all your quotations. Click on the QUOTE NAME & ID to view the QUOTE DETAILS.
5. You will be redirected to this page. If you want to accept (approve) the quote, just click the ACCEPT QUOTE button found at the top right corner of your screen. You may edit some details, or cancel (disapprove) the quotation. You can also generate a PDF, or send this quote via EMAIL.
