User Management

User Management is an authentication feature that provides administrators with the ability to identify and control the state of users logged into the network.

The User Management service enables you to create and manage login credentials for each user. You can also limit the merchant accounts that each user can access, together with the available functionality.

You can control, for example:

  • The applications a user can access
  • Whether access is read-only
  • If a user can update information

User Management:

  • Contributes to the overall security of your business
  • Makes it easier for your users to access the pages they need
  • Simplifies deployment of our services within your organization

For example, accounting staff need access to the parts of the Financial activities that are used to manage payments, while system administrators want to configure the way in which the payment services work.

In User Management module, we can create users for the different modules. Once the user has been created with login credentials, the particular user can have permission to access the particular component.
