Tickets List Dashboard
A ticket is just a customer request that is captured by the team, and is tracked for action, and resolution before it is closed.
Tickets List Dashboard consist of the list of tickets created and their status.
Here, in tickets list dashboard, ‘Due Date’ of each ticket can be viewed.
The ‘Due Date’ displayed in ticket list dashboard for each ticket is its “Scheduled End Date” entered in the Ticket.
The list of tickets highlighted is based on the following criteria:
- If the ticket has not crossed its due date, those tickets will not be highlighted.
- If the ticket’s due date is the current (today’s) date, those tickets will be highlighted in ‘Green’ color.
- If the ticket has crossed its due date, those tickets will be highlighted in ‘Red’ color.
Note: The tickets highlighted with different colors is based on the Due Date (Scheduled End Date) entered in the ticket, such that user can easily identify the tickets that has crossed its due date and the tickets with the current date.
