Support Ticket Process
This Feature helps us to create ticket; we can create Ticket by 2 ways such as
- Manual Ticket creation
- Auto ticket generation
Manual Ticket creation:
In Group FiO ERP system, we can create manual Tickets against:
- B2C customer
- Account
- Contact
- Leads
1. To create ticket, Log on to Group FiO ERP and click on CRM Module. The CRM homepage will appear as given below:
2. In CRM home page, click on “TICKETS” Tab:
3. Click on “Create Ticket” tab in the left navigation menu, it will redirects to Ticket creation page.
4. We have an option to create Ticket against (B2C Customer, Account, Contact and Leads)
Manual Ticket creation:
5. To create Ticket, select appropriate radio button for (Customer, Account and Leads) in ticket creation form:
Add Participants for Ticket:
6. In Ticket view page, click on ‘Participants’ tab and add the participants by selecting the Team members’ through lookup.
7. We have options to UPDATE and REMOVE Participants for Tickets:
Add Time Entries for participants:
8. To add Time Entries, we need to go to ticket view screen. Time entry fields are visible only for the participants added to the particular ticket.
In Ticket view page click on ‘Time Entries’ tab, it will redirect to add Time Entry page:
9. In Time Entry Page select ‘Date’ from date Picker, enter Hours in corresponding text field and click on ‘ADD’ button to add time entries:
