Opportunities List Dashboard
In Opportunities, the person has entered into your business opportunity and is committed to working with you. You have already contacted, called or met him and know their needs or requirements.
Opportunities List Dashboard consist of the list of opportunities created and their status.
Here, in Opportunities List Dashboard, ‘Call Back Date’ of each Opportunity can be viewed.
The ‘Call Back Date’ displayed in Opportunities list dashboard for each Opportunity is the “Call Back Date” entered in the Opportunity.
The list of opportunities highlighted is based on the following criteria:
- If the Opportunity has not crossed its call back date, those Opportunities will not be highlighted.
- If the Opportunity’s call back date is the current (today’s) date, those Opportunities will be highlighted in ‘Green’ color.
- If the Opportunity has crossed its call back date, those Opportunities will be highlighted in ‘Red’ color.
Note: The Opportunities highlighted with different colors is based on the Call Back Date entered in the Opportunity, such that user can easily identify the Opportunities that has crossed its call back date and the Opportunities with the current date. Hence, the user can call the person in opportunity based on the call back date.
Update Call Back Date for Opportunity:
To update call back date for opportunity: Goto opportunity page, select the date from call back field date picker.
The call back date will be updated.
