How to find my orders?
1. Once you have logged in, and is inside the SALES MODULE, click on the ORDERS button found at the top navigation pane.
*If you’re not logged in yet, learn where to login, and how to access various modules.
2. You will be redirected to the MY ORDERS Look at the left side bar, and click the “FIND ORDERS” button.
3. You will be redirected to this page. You must provide at least one detail, before you can search for your desired order. In this case, two details were provided, then click FIND ORDERS.
4. groupfio will generate a list of orders that match the details you provided. To view the order’s full details, click on an ORDER NAME & ID found at the left side of each order line.
5. You will be redirected to your chosen order’s page. All details regarding an order can be viewed through this.
