How to add a line item in my Credit Memo Invoice?

1. Click the “FINANCIALS MODULE” icon.

2. Click the “PAYABLES” button located at the top navigation bar.

3. Click on “FIND CREDIT MEMO” button found at the left side bar.

4. You will be redirected to this page. Provide necessary information, and click the “FIND” button.

5. If in case, you do not have any details at all; just click the “FIND” button right away. It will redirect you to a page with the list of all Payable Vouchers.

6. Click on the Invoice ID No., found at the left side, to view the Payable Voucher Details.

7. You will redirected to the Credit Memo page. Below the Customer Credit Memo, you will see the NEW INVOICE ITEM SECTION. Provide necessary details.

a. Choose: Return Sales tax, Return Product or Other Type.

b. Type the nature of payment.

c. Type of account to be charged.

d. Put the total amount of payment.

e. Put the total order quantity.

f. Choose the division/department to be charged normally for expenses.

g. Choose the type of Income subject to Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).

h. Choose if the transaction is VAT or non-VAT.

i. Choose if its domestic, capital goods, imported.

2. Click the “ADD” button to create an invoice line item.
