Create Accounts

An Account will be created for each company that is a customer. The account will have opportunities, activities, notes etc. linked to it.  

USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED 
To create accounts: Create on accounts 

 To create an account:

  1. Go to the Accounts menu.
  2. Click Create Account. 
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields and click on Save. The mandatory fields to be filled in are: 
  • Account Name 
  • Source 
  • Email Address 
  • Attention Name 
  • Zip/Postal Code 
  • Country 
  • Primary Contact First Name 
  • Primary Contact Last Name 
  • Primary contact Email 
  • Primary Contact Phone 

A new Account is created, and the user is redirected to the View Account page.
