- Attachments tab is to be provided in the view service requests page, whereas all attachments tagged to the service request are to be displayed in the summary.
- User can add new attachments from the attachments tab and the communication history attached attachments also will get stored in the attachments tab.
- User is allowed to remove the attachments which are added by the user and not linked to the communication history tab.
- User can download the attachments from a summary. Once attached is done, the user is not able to do any modifications to the attachments. If need to modify download the document modify it and upload it again. Remove the Old attachment using Remove Button
- Attachment should be maximum 10 MB based on configuration.
