To configure Anniversary or Any Event for Providing Additional Loyalty Point Benefit Programs, Goto “Global Setup” in “Loyalty” tab dropdown.

In Global Parameters Settings page, Enter the number of days in “Loyalty Reward Expiry” field and click on “Update” button.
