How Loyalty Coupons are generated for a Loyalty Customer
In View Customer page, Goto “Add Earned Value” column.
Enter the value in “Earned Value” field, select the “Reason” from the given dropdown, Enter the note and click on “Add EV” button.
After adding “Earned Value” to the customer, click on “ Service List” tab.
Execute the Loyalty Coupon Services in service list screen.
After execute the loyalty service system generates the “Coupons” to customer.
We can view customer loyalty statements like coupons, balance points & transaction type.
We can view the sales order transactions & loyalty earned value details in customer history screen.
