How to issue points to a Loyalty Customer
In View Customer page, Goto “Add Earned Value” column.
Enter the value in “Earned Value” field, select the “Reason” from the given dropdown, Enter the note and click on “Add EV” button.
The points to issue to the loyalty customer will be displayed in “Statement” tab section of View Customer page.
