How to create a Loyalty Customer
Login to the Application, and click on “Loyalty Manager” module in application home page.
In Coupon Management home screen, select “Create Customer” from “Customers” tab dropdown.
Provide valid information to create customer page, and click on “Create Customer” button.
After creating the customer, it will navigate to View Customer details screen.
Add Primary Purpose Contact Information details.
Click on “Loyalty Enabled” checkbox in Personal Information section. Loyalty Id will be generated for that customer.
