How to create Smart list

To create smart list, follow below steps for creation.
Navigate to Segmentation module -> Select Smart List -> Hit on Smart List link.

In smart list creation screen we have below criteria:

  1. Segmentation
  2. Custom Fields
  3. Party Additional Data

Segmentation:
In Segmentation criteria, will list all active classification group (Segment group), based on the selection of segment groups will list all available segment codes in the dropdown for the user selection.

Custom Field:
In Custom fields criteria, will list all active custom fields which created against the Person (Customer)
Select the criteria from the segment code based on condition and click on “Create List” button for smart list creation:

Once we hit create list button, the page will display list creation section to fill the details for the list.

Fill the required data’s and click on “Create Smart List” button:

Fields are:

  • Name:
  • Contact purpose type as Production List
  • Description

Once smart list created then the system will enable “Find Contact Members” Button.
