How to reopen closed tickets
1. Select Tickets → Find Tickets.
2. Select “Completed” from Status dropdown and select “Find Tickets”.
3. Select the ticket which has to be reopened.
4. View Ticket page will be displayed.
5. Select “Reopen”.
6. Once the ticket is reopened the status changes to “Reopened”.
