How to configure Form Letter Template
You can configure a template for e-mail signature, the stored template will be captured while we write or reply to an e-mail.
Configure e-mail template signature:
Login to ERP system and click on CRM module. The CRM homepage will be displayed.
In CRM home page, select “Form Letter Template” link from “Configuration” tab. It redirects to form letter home screen.
To create new template, click on new template button in form letter template page will redirects to template creation page:
Enter Template name and template in corresponding fields and click on create button:
After creation of template we can see created template in form letter template main screen:
After configuring e-mail template signature, we view configure e-mail template signature in body of the e-mail in write email or reply to any e-mail:

To view e-mail template signature goes to ticket view page, click on write e-mail image icon page will redirects to write email page else go to CRM home screen click on write email tab in left navigation menu bar:
In write e-mail page we can configure template name in corresponding dropdown list box. After selecting template name, from corresponding dropdown list box the stored e-mail template signature will capture in body of the e-mail:
