Setup Problem/Sub Problem Code

In this Feature helps us to create categories for ticket in CRM configuration section and we can see ticket categories in ticket creation form.

Ticket Categories are,

  • Problem code
  • Sub problem code

Create Problem code:

1. To add categories for ticket, user need to Log on to Group FiO ERP and click on CRM Module. The CRM homepage will appear as given below:

2. In CRM home page, click on “CONFIGURATION” Tab.

3. In the Configuration home page Click on Problem code tab in the left navigation menu, it will redirect to create problem code page.

4. Enter Problem code in corresponding textbox and click on create button:

5. After creating problem code, we can see created problem code in Problem code List.

6. We have options to Update and delete problem code in problem code list:

Create sub problem code:

1. To create sub problem code, click on sub problem tab in Problem code page it redirects to sub problem code page:

2. Select problem code from dropdown list box and enter sub problem code in corresponding text box and click on create button to create sub problem code:

3. After creating sub problem code, we can see created sub problem code in Problem code List.

4. We have options to Update and delete problem code in problem code list:

5. After creation of ticket categories we can see created categories in Ticket creation form:

6. To see Ticket categories in ticket creation form, we need to Log on to Group FiO ERP and click on CRM Module. The CRM homepage will appear as given below:

7. In CRM home page, click on “TICKETS” Tab:

8. Click on “Create Ticket” tab in the left navigation menu, it will redirects to Ticket creation page.
