Where to See All my Pending Sales Returns

1. Once you have logged in, and is inside the SALES MODULE, click on the ORDERS button found at the top navigation pane.

2. You will be redirected to the MY ORDERS Look at the left side bar, and click the “PENDING RETURNS” button.

3. You will be redirected to this page wherein all a list of all requested RETURNS will be displayed. Click on a RETURN ID to view, approve, cancel or generate a return label.

4. On this page, full details regarding the RETURN REQUEST will be displayed.

5. If you scroll down a bit, you will see this section. You may adjust the Quantity, Return Price, Reason, and Processing Type. Should you need to revise anything, just choose or provide the appropriate information, click the checkboxes, and finally click the “RETURN SELECTED ITEMS” to apply the changes.

Click the dropdown button to view all choices.

6. A notification message will be displayed once you successfully updated or selected your RETURN ITEMS.

7. To GENERATE RETURN LABEL, ACCEPT or CANCEL a Sales Return, just click a button found at the top right side of the screen. Should you need to adjust something on the Return Item Details, scroll down a bit more.

8. Once you ACCEPT or CANCEL a Sales Return, it will be visible on the STATUS of your Sales Return.
