How to Find my Order Returns
1. Once you have logged in, and is inside the SALES MODULE, click on the ORDERS button found at the top navigation pane.
*If you’re not logged in yet, learn where to login, and how to access various modules.
3. You will be redirected to this page. Provide all necessary details, and click the “FIND RETURNS” If you don’t have any details at all, just click the FIND RETURNS button right away.
4. If you clicked the FIND RETURNS button right away without providing any details, groupfio will generate a list of all RETURNS that have been created. Otherwise, all returns that match your details will be displayed. Click on a Return ID to view its details.
5. If the transaction is cancelled, the return details should be displayed like this.
6. If the transaction is completed already, the return details should be displayed like this.
