How to Create a Sales Return Request
1. Once you have logged in, and is inside the SALES MODULE, click on the ORDERS button found at the top navigation pane.

2. You will be redirected to the MY ORDERS Look at the left side bar, and click the “CREATE RETURNS” button.
3. You will be redirected to this page. Provide the ORDER ID, and Comments (or remarks, if necessary) and click the CREATE RETURN

4. A message will be displayed indicating the success of your entry. Notice that the Return Details are also displayed.
5. If you scroll down a bit, you will see this section. Verify the quantity, return price, reason, and processing. Once all information are accurate, toggle the checkbox, and click RETURN SELECTED ITEM(S).
6. If successful, you should see a new section: ITEMS RETURNED. It entails the items you selected for returns.
