For SHIPMENT COST ESTIMATES, Select Shipping estimates in store section
select “Shipment Method” and provide Shipment CHARGES based on Flat Percent, Flat Price & Flat Shipment Price.
Once configured, it should not be editable. If user wants to delete then remove it and recreate it based on requirements.
