Leads List Dashboard
A lead is one person at one company and cannot have additional contacts associated with it.
Leads List Dashboard consist of the list of leads created and their status.
Here, in Leads List Dashboard, ‘Call Back Date’ of each Lead can be viewed.
The ‘Call Back Date’ displayed in Leads list dashboard for each Lead is the “Call Back Date” entered in the Lead.
The list of Leads highlighted is based on the following criteria:
- If the Lead has not crossed its call back date, those Leads will not be highlighted.
- If the Lead’s call back date is the current (today’s) date, those Leads will be highlighted in ‘Green’ color.
- If the Lead has crossed its call back date, those Leads will be highlighted in ‘Red’ color.
Note: The Leads highlighted with different colors is based on the Call Back Date entered in the Lead, such that user can easily identify the Leads that has crossed its call back date and the Leads with the current call back date.
Updating Call Back Date for Lead:
To update call back date for lead: Goto to the lead page, In Edit Lead page enter the call back date and select ‘Save’ button.
The call back date will be updated and can be viewed in View Lead page.
