How to create a Payable Voucher?

1. Click the “FINANCIALS MODULE” icon.

2. Click the “PAYABLES” button located at the top navigation bar.

3. Click on “CREATE PAYABLE VOUCHER” button found at the left side bar.

4. You will be redirected to this page. Complete all necessary information.

a. Type a keyword or a letter to search for the Supplier’s name.

b. Enter the Invoice Date.

c. Enter the actual Due Date.

d. Type the Supplier’s Voucher No as reference.

e. Nature/Description of Payable.

f. Use the Message Section for other important information.

g. Choose the Payable Type for this entry:

  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE NON-TRADE
  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TRADE

h. Click “CREATE” button.

5. You will be directed to this page. Check and edit, if necessary, all fields, then click “UPDATE”.

6. Add Invoice Items inside your Payable Voucher. To know how, CLICK HERE.

7. To post your payable voucher in the General Ledger module, click the “MARK AS READY” button found at the top right side of your transaction screen.
