How to add a line item to my Payable Voucher Invoice?
1. Click the “FINANCIALS MODULE” icon.
2. Click the “PAYABLES” button located at the top navigation bar.
3. Click on “Find Payable Voucher” button found at the left side bar.
4. You will be redirected to this page. Provide necessary information. If in case, you do not have any details at all; just click the “FIND” button right away. It will redirect you to a page with the list of all Payable Vouchers.

6. You will be directed to the transaction’s page. Scroll down a bit and you will see the NEW INVOICE ITEM SECTION.
7. The NEW INVOICE ITEM SECTION is located below the Vendor Invoice and Invoice Terms. Provide necessary details.
a. Choose: Finished Good, Sales Tax Item, Purchase Withhold Tax or Other Type.
b. Type the nature of payment.
c. Type of account to be charged.
d. Product ID (provided by the client/supplier).
e. Put the total amount of payment.
f. Put the total order quantity.
g. Choose the division/department to be charged normally for expenses.
h. Choose the type of Income subject to Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).
i. Choose if the transaction is VAT or non-VAT.
j. Choose if its domestic, capital goods, imported.
8. Click the “ADD” button to create an invoice line item
