Service Requests Customer

Manage the Service Requests (SRs) created against the Customer.

By default, all the SRs linked to the selected customer will be listed here.  
Create new Service Requests against the customer by clicking the Create button.  

  1. Click Create in the SR tab of the customer.  
  2. The user can fill up the configured fields (the minimum of which are listed below) and click ‘Save’.   
  • SR Name  
  • Party (auto populated)  
  • SR Type  
  • Once and Done  
  • SR Owner  
  • SR Status  

Please refer to the SR fields list for more details on the SR fields. 
A new SR linked to the customer will be created and the user will be redirected to the View page of the SR.
