Create Leads
A Customer will be created for each individual customer. The customer may have opportunities, activities, notes, etc., linked to it.
USER PERMISSIONS NEEDED
To create Customer: Create on Customer
To create a Customer:
- Go to the Customer menu.
- Click Create Customer.
- Fill in the mandatory fields and click on Save. The mandatory fields to be filled in are:
- Customer First Name, Last name
- Source
- Email Address
- Attention Name
- Zip/Postal Code
- Country
A new Customer is created, and the user is redirected to the View Customer page.
