Accounts - Service Requests

Manage the Service Requests created against the account.

By default, all the SRs linked to the selected Account will be listed here.

Create new Service Requests against the account by clicking the Create button.

  1. Click Create in the SR tab of the account.
  2. The user can fill up the configured fields (the minimum of which are listed below) and click ‘Save’.

  • SR Name
  • Party (auto populated)
  • SR Type
  • Once and Done
  • SR Owner
  • SR Status

3. A new SR linked to the Account will be created and the user will be redirected to the View page of the SR.
