• This screen will list all the non-working days of the current year.

    This feature helps to avoid SLA breaches on non-working days such that:

    • Service Requests are not escalated on public holidays.
    • Non-working days like holiday or weekend should not be counted for commit date calculations in the SR SLA process.

    The weekend data will be defined in CRM on a yearly basis.

    To add a new Non-working Day:

    1. Go to SR -> Configuration -> Non-working Days.
    2. Click on Create.
    3. The user can fill up the configured fields (the minimum of which are listed below) and click ‘Save’.
      -Non-working Date
      -Type
      -Status
    4. A new record is created for the specified date and will be considered a non-working day.

    To update an existing Non-working Day:

    1. Go to SR -> Configuration -> Non-working Days.
    2. Click on the hyperlinked field on an existing record to open the corresponding detail page.
    3. Click on Update. The page will be opened in the Update mode.
    4. Make the required changes and click on ‘Save’.
