Copy SRs

Copy an SR to generate a new SR using information from the existing SR.

The Copy button on an SR quickly generates a new SR using information from the existing SR. For example, to log multiple issues for a customer on a support call.

The values in the new SR created can be auto-populated onto the Create screen of the new SR. These values can be manually edited by the user, if required.
